MARKETING COORDINATOR Construction Industry Elford Inc’s Business Development and Marketing department maintains and develops Elford’s database of promotional and marketing material while supporting staff in the field to “be more than just the best building contractor”. The marketing department is a face-paced environment with opportunities to flex creative muscles and technical marketing skills on a variety of projects. Elford is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator for the department who is project focused, teamwork driven and committed to opportunities to enhance Elford’s proposals and promotional material. Key Responsibilities of the position are: • Marketing Strategy: Support the development of marketing and business development strategies. Exercise creativity to enhance and improve processes and materials • Work Hard, Work Smart: Assist with the planning, coordination, and preparation of qualifications, proposals, and award submissions. Duties will include writing, formatting, producing, and delivery of submissions • Communication: Assist in the coordination, development, and documentation of internal and external communication avenues including newsletters, press releases, hire announcements, etc. Assist with project photography, occasionally may be required to take photos. • Quality Assurance: Maintenance of resumes, project sheets and other firm information used for qualifications and other promotional materials • Social Efforts: Assist with the maintenance of Elford’s website; assist with the development, growth, and maintenance of Social Media accounts • Build Relationships: Coordinate employee and client events including invitations, ticket management, graphics and approvals for payment • Build Brand: Assist with purchases of all collateral materials for marketing items (e.g. give-aways, clothing, and promotional items) and maintain inventory • Build Community: Support operations department with ground breaking and grand opening events • Quality Control: Develop and/or update marketing material, employee resumes, photo library, and maintain client database using CRM software • Keep Learning: Coordinate Lunch and Learn and Trade Show activities, materials and other required items If you have the qualifications with the experience, send your resume to: Human Resources Department, Elford, Inc. 1220 Dublin Road, Columbus, Ohio 43215-1008, or fax to 614-487-6595 or email email@example.com.
